Stephany Soto, Program and Evaluation

Stephany has worked in K-12 education for over 8 years where she has served as a program manager involved in individualized learning, works as a teacher, and is part of the administrative team helping guide and implement effective evaluative measures into   Stephany was born and raised in Texas, but embraces her Mexican roots and is currently living in the Bay Area. Stephany enjoys reading, playing with her pups, fitness classes, and enjoying time with loved ones.  Stephany has a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Women’s University in Bilingual and Multilingual Education and graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Maggie Higgins, Instructional Design

Maggie’s fascination with STEM and her love of helping others led her to pursue a career in education. She worked her way up to become Head of the Math Department at a small international school. She taught Calculus, Functions and Physics to students from all around the world. She specialized in developing engaging curriculum for learners from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Working at an international school inspired Maggie to explore the realm of elearning. She experimented with various ways to make her classroom lessons accessible to learners around the world. Maggie decided to further develop her elearning skills and is currently working towards her Masters of Instructional Design. Maggie recently moved to San Francisco from Canada where she was born and raised. She quickly fell in love with the city for its beauty, vibrant culture, diversity, and lack of snow. In her free time Maggie loves to paint, scuba dive and try new things.

 


Prachi Sin,  Instructional Design

Prachi Singh has her MBA in HR from BIT MESRA, Ranchi, Jharkhand India and has experience in the field of Human Resources in the software industry working as recruitment specialist. Currently she is pursuing a certification in Instructional Design and Delivery from University of Santa Cruz.  Her strengths include communication skills, optimism and patience and describes herself as hard working and a strong team player.  Prachi is married, a mother of two children and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, photography, and trying out new cuisines.  Prachi recognizing the value of women’s economic development and is looking forward to bringing education online for women to access globally.
