Leadership Programs

Our programs are thoughtfully designed for universities, colleges and trade schools, as well as community and economic development agencies and associations for women. Participating partners will benefit from various leadership development modules covering a wide range of skills and trending topics that can be tailored to the audience. Our brand is recognized as a global movement to support underserved communities, educate future leaders, and engage stakeholders at every level.

Our programs engage a network of corporations, agencies, professionals, and peers- providing a network that will serve throughout their career path. Our speakers and mentors are subject matter experts across industries and job functions. They will be hosting seminars, leading interactive trainings, and sharing best practices in their fields- providing context and strategic direction imperative to stepping into leadership positions. Our hopes are they will contribute the following to our students:

An open and collaborative space to bring together the best practices and ideas
A solid toolkit to challenge the status quo with the resiliency necessary to drive strategic initiatives
A focus on authenticity in style and actions to drive productivity and innovation

Every year, WGLI’s Leadership Programs help hundreds of women around the globe break through their personal limitations and make a commitment to investing in their future.

WGLI has empowered me to build a " have each others back" team energy with the womxn of Color staff that I work with. This was the energy that was modeled in WGLI--understanding that we bring our entire selves--our stories, identities, and vulnerabilities to the spaces we occupy and that is transformative leadership! I am so grateful to have nurtured the power of being real, authentic, and a chingona in my personal and professional life early. Leadership follows us everywhere--we can't compartmentalize our identities from our professional and personal lives. WGLI CORE helped me to embrace my power, identities, and brilliance to better advocate for brilliance of the communities that I serve.
