Women’s Global Leadership Initiative presents “But She is the Problem: how to collaborate with difficult people,” a lecture by Cate Griffiths, executive director of Recourse Mediation Services.
Griffiths has worked extensively in Sonoma County’s courts and communities, taught mediation and conflict management skills since 2005 and handled more than 500 disputes. The lecture will provide insight into how to make your voice heard, become a better listener and prevent future conflicts from spiraling out of control.
