Guided by four driving motivations, Colleen Bertiglia has amassed an impressive number of achievements helping companies like Microsoft, Nike Sports, and Esprit solve business problems and realize growth through the development and marketing of new products and services. Her mantra, “good enough is not enough,” shapes her approach to problem solving and drives her to resourcefully uncover consumer truth, insight or connections living just below the surface, waiting to be explored and exploited. Focused on results, Colleen has 15+ years of B2B, B2C and international marketing experience leading product development and business partnerships, brand positioning and brand identity, customer segmentation, and driving brand engagement, awareness and growth through integrated marketing programs using new and emerging media platforms.  Colleen is an accomplished athlete, who enjoys working with young athletes to develop life and leadership skills and she has never met a dog she didn’t love! When not working, she can be found on the tennis courts, or hiking the hills of Marin with her two golden retrievers Mia and Maple. She and her husband Rory, call Marin their home. Colleen is excited to share her extensive business contacts and experience to forge new partnerships for the Women’s Global Leadership Initiative.
