As WGLI’s Founder, I was inspired by the beginning of a new year to take an honest look back and a brave look ahead. These inquiries have afforded me a clear view of the landscape in which the Women’s Global Leadership Initiative was created, the one we find ourselves in now, and the opportunity and responsibility we have to build the one that future generations will claim as their own with positive intentionality. The more I have looked, the more illuminated this 360-degree perspective has become.
