In response to Pandemic recovery efforts, WGLI and Comerica Bank are partnering to provide leadership training that will help in the employment and education recovery efforts. Women enrolled will learn from female leaders how to develop their personal brand, negotiate, become financially independent, set boundaries, and become allies.

WGLI’s University Program
WGLI’s University Program focuses on Women’s Leadership Development and teaches critical skills needed for career success. Through our theory of change -engage, equip, empower- we guide women from self-discovery and awareness to leadership readiness.
Professional development specifically designed for women by women is just the beginning. Our program uses an experiential learning model, going beyond the classroom into real-world scenarios led by professional women who are experts in their field.
