Our mission is to develop female leaders who are confident and powerful, women who challenge the status quo, command equal pay and advancement, and represent the interest of the communities they serve.  WGLI, Comerica and San Jose State University are partnering in this effort with a commitment to impact women’s equity. For two days, women at San Jose State University will learn from female leaders how to develop their personal brand, negotiate, become financially independent, set boundaries, and become allies.  Program Details.
