We are now accepting applications to our Core Leadership Workshop. Enrollment is limited to 25 women
WGLI’s Core Leadership Workshop program (a series of 5, one-day sessions) provides for an in-depth understanding of personal and professional development: builds self-worth and awareness and professional competency through organizational skill building.
The program is designed to address the needs and desires of individuals through personalized attention including mentorship from experienced professional women. Identify your personal values and convictions. Acquire the leadership skills and mentorship, and community project guidance necessary to affect positive change.
We will teach you about: Goal Setting, Communications, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict resolution approaches, Facilitation, Project Management, Negotiations, and engage you in personal development and Personal Transformation exercises.
The Women’s Global Leadership Initiative, is a non-profit, 501(c) (3) organization, which helps women recognize their natural leadership abilities, connect with their vision for life and develop high aspirations for their future.
